Grill'd Harbour Town

Have always visited this store but of recent times the quality of service is not even worth one star. Two visit, both Thursday nights a month apart, same staff mainly... disgusting service. Tonight once again my usual order, was completely wrong. As a result, 15 minutes after I ate alone while my son had finished. Manager needs to review staff performance. I certainly would.

If I could this review would be 2.5/5 stars. Wagyu burger was okay but the chicken and brie sliders were dry, cheese was unmelted. No salad was included with burgers despite being advertised as 'healthy '. Overall nothing special but will do for lunch.

Unfortunately didn’t have the best experience with two of the waitresses today. However, Tamzan gets a 5 star review. She fixed all the issues we were having with absolute ease. She was so kind and nothing was a hassle.
