The coconut was the hero of the three options with very developed flavours. A busy store with lovely piles of gelato that look very inviting. Staff were friendly and quick to serve all customers. I had salted macadamia with dulce de leche; and coconut. I wasn't a huge fan of the macadamia flavour but the coconut was lovely. Ask for samples to ensure you're getting the best flavours!
The staff is friendly and the ambiance of the restaurant is fantastic. I really appreciate the size of the establishment, as most customers are able to get a seat promptly. Their waiting line management is excellent, as I didn't have to wait long once I placed my order.

I absolutely love the ice cream at this restaurant! Their dairy-free chocolate sorbet is amazing and I've never found anything like it elsewhere. I always crave it and hope they never remove it from the menu.
Pretty good ice cream but the que of this place is quite long. Staff honestly is not really that friendly because when i said i wanna have a try of the flavor, they show unfriendly face.
Cool-off in Summer with a double scoop of gelato I got Crème Caramel ontop and espresso on the bottom scoop! Just what I need!! Great service and friendly staff!! :
I tried the green apple and raspberry sorbets. They were delicious and in addition the service was fast despite being quite busy. Would recommend.

Absolutely delicious gelato. Had it everyday while I stayed at Surfers Paradise. Much better than Ben Jerry's across the road in my opinion.
We absolutely adore Gelatissimo. It's a tradition for us to enjoy their gelato every Friday night. Please bring back the licorice flavor!
