This was our second time here. We returned because the service the first time was outstanding and we also enjoyed the food. This visit didn’t disappoint. I took the recommendation of our server, Gabe, for the Chilean Sea Bass. It was perfectly prepared and came with a sauce that was so good I wanted something to sop up the last bits with. I praised it so highly that the Chef came out to say hello. Grill 620 is one of our favorites.
We used to love 620 but were really disappointed. The shrimp and grits, which are usually great, were pretty gross. Tons of grits and even more cream sauce and very few, unappetizing and poorly cooked shrimp. The fried chicken in the sandwich was a greyish color. The French toast was limp and mediocre. My 17 year old enjoyed his Lobster Roll. Thank goodness for $29.95. My aperol spritz was 75% aperol. Just not very good at all.
My Wife and I attended the restaurant for Valentine’s Day. For the first time, and it was simply perfect! No issue with reservations, we were seated within 5 mins of our reservation. We were served by Garrett, he was friendly and extremely knowledgeable of the menu, from food, to the wines, down to the bourbons they offered. Food was absolutely remarkable, we will be returning for sure.
We came for dinner once and wanted to come back and try the brunch. We ordered the chicken and waffles, and the crispy chicken sandwich. Both were good but probably wouldn’t come back specifically for brunch again. Will be back again for the dinner though. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Staff was very knowledgeable about menu items and specials. They are friendly and polite. The food was prepared as requested and excellent. All expectations were met and exceeded. Will most definitely return and will certainly recommend Grille 620.
Always an excellent choice. Chef Mike makes the specials of day selections a hard choice. They all sound delicious and never disappoint. Highly recommend.
Great spot! Found the wine bottles to be overpriced for the quality, but other than that had a lovely time!
