As I write this review I am currently sitting at a table with my wife. We are both enjoying the classic grilled cheese with a bowl of tomato soup and chips. A grilled cheese is easy to make at home, buy some cheese and bread throw it together on a pan and violá! A simple easy to make treat. But when it is made by someone with a little imagination, great things can happen. That is what is going on here. A simple food made with great imagination and great ingredients. And the best part, they are open until 3AM! So when you are stumbling out of the bar in search of something good, greesy, and apatitizing this is your place. I can't wait to come back and try the grilled pb&j!
I visited Grilled Cheese Factory with an open mind, curious about their menu, but I was disappointed. Paying $20 for two grilled cheese sandwiches is steep, especially when the taste and presentation were unpleasant. The bread was stale and lacked flavor, and surprisingly, there was no option for classic White American cheese, which seems unusual for a grilled cheese spot. Overall, it’s a hard pass for me.
This place is FANTASTIC! GREAT SANDWICHES at a great price. We had the Buffalo, the Chipotle and a build your own. All were amazing! If we're back in the area, we will definitely stop back in. If you're here, you could do much worse for lunch and or dinner. And on the weekends they are open late (3am, I think? .
Food was sub par, the service was pathetic. The guy in the green shirt who works behind the counter screamed at people and inappropriate touching people. Very strange.

Avoid the soup. They didn’t include the side of avocado I requested, and it’s neither fresh nor filling—it tastes like canned Campbell’s.
I love the sandwiches from here. I used to work in one of the local hotels over night shifts and loved that they were open on weekends.

Mac n Cheese grilled cheese sandwich was so good. Great comfort food and goes great with soup you gotta try this!
Both the grilled cheese and broccoli cheddar soup were terrible.
