We gave it a try, used the One Bite app, and expected a good pie. We were served a cracker crust, straight as a board, no flop. The cheese and sauce had good flavor, but you couldn't fold it. They seemed to know how bad it was and brought us a new one. Unfortunately, the new pizza had two good slices, on on each side. One side was nearly raw dough in the crust, and the other was overdone. They gave us a coupon for a free pie. I'm not sure what the deal was. They weren't busy, and pizzas were coming out in 10minutes. The server was absolutely clueles. She needed help. Not more servers, just knowing basic concepts such as having plates on the table before the pizza is served, not 5-10 minutes...
The place was busy when we got there which was no big deal. But our server was very unprofessional and did not really know what was going on. Scott the server guy was very unhelpful he was acting like he was to bust to care but he was constantly standing at the bar twiddling his thumbs. It seemed to me that the table that came in about 20 mins after us got there food first and also got a huge discount because it took so long for their food to come out but they actually got their food and refills before we did. The place was dirty and the floors were covered with food and trash. Maybe they should train their staff better.
I ordered to-go on a sunday night and it was about an hour wait but so worth it to me. I haven’t been back home to NY in over a year and didn’t realize how much I missed NY pizza!! I ordered the Traditional and added mushrooms, green peppers, and sausage. It wasn’t soggy at all and had cooled just enough that all the toppings stuck together with each bite. It made me so happy. I noticed that they have a slice, salad, and drink lunch combo for only like $11 on the weekdays from 11a-3p. So I am def coming back next week
The pizza is absolutely fantastic. Nothing bad to say about it. The Brooklyn bridge and hot honey are incredible. Pass on the bruschetta. The bartenders at this location the night I was there don’t pay attention well at all. They constantly walk by you, never notice your empty drink, etc. The restaurant was busy but there were 2 bartenders and 12 seats at the bar. Also the pizza took 50-60 mins to come out. Worth the wait for the pizzas.

As a business owner, I encountered a frustrating issue, but the staff was very attentive. They got the GM involved, and together they came up with a quick solution. I was amazed by their response to handling issues and I appreciate the care the team put into the tough situation. A big thank you to Jazmine.
The place is burning hot nothing but sweating and nearly passing out, a party bigger than us came in and out their name down and only waited for 10 minutes whilst we waisted for over an hour in the heat and rude employees just staring
My only gripe is with parking. There use to be parking for pick up only but it is gone and in 115 degree weather I had to park in the back 40 to walk up for my to go order. Will not be doing this again until it is cooler.
We went here for our unit meeting. There were 8 of us. We got three pizzas, and that was enough for all of us. I've never been disappointed with the food or service here. Give them a try!

Sometimes there is a long wait for dine in, once you order everything goes quickly. One of the best pizza spots in Arizona.
