I recently visited GrooveGround for a latte before their 6pm closing time, only to be told at 5:30pm that they couldn't make any drinks with steamed milk due to cleaning the machine. As a former coffee shop employee, I know that this process doesn't take 30 minutes. I was disappointed with this bad business practice and expressed my frustration to the staff before leaving. It's unacceptable to deny customers service when there is still time before closing. I had wanted to support a local business, but after this experience, I will reconsider returning to GrooveGround.
This is currently my favorite coffee shop! I have always thought Grooveground was really good. A friend brought me here a couple of years ago and I remember getting a hot chocolate and loving it. I returned a few months ago and tried the iced white mocha and loved it (it's my go-to now)! I also highly recommend the eggcellent sandwich on a jalapeno cheddar bagel. The bagel is nice and crispy! I have started coming here regularly and haven't found anything better in the area. The staff is also always very friendly and provide quick service.
I recently visited this restaurant while exploring downtown Collingswood for the first time. The location is very unique, offering coffee, baked goods, LPs, and assorted trinkets. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the two lattes we ordered were delicious. They also have lovely indoor and outdoor seating areas. The only reason I didn't give it a 5-star rating is because the baked goods we tried weren't very good. Despite that, I still recommend visiting for the great coffee and overall ambiance!
This charming restaurant is the perfect place to take a break from a day of shopping in the picturesque town of Collingswood, NJ. The service is friendly and quick. Don't miss the Swift Burn Hot Sauces, packaged like dynamite and priced at under $20, as well as the Magnetic Letter Board. Perfect for a holiday grab bag gift!

The coffee is delicious, the selection of baked good/drinks is awesome, and the staff is always friendly. It’s also got a good amount of both indoor outdoor seating.
Great food at super reasonable prices. The place feels comfortable. Definitely will be back
