I was born and raised in Germany, and I can say that the food here is as authentic as it gets! The bread, however, isn't quite up to par. The selection of beers and wines is superb! The service and variety of menu choices definitely deserve a five-star rating. While the bread is good, it doesn't have that authentic touch. If you love genuine German cuisine, this is the place to be!
Great atmosphere in a great location. Impeccable service. The food wasn’t for me. Particularly the cucumber salad. The weiner schnitzel was a little tough. Good potato salad tho. The sausages were decent as well. To be fair. We were just in New Branfels, and while those restaurants are German, the dishes are mostly the same but executed at a higher ls level.
My wife ordered the mushroom goulash, and I had the Cordon Bleu. Both dishes were delicious. The service was prompt, extremely friendly, and very helpful in explaining the menu options. For dessert, we had Pavlova, which was quite good, but we've had it before topped with a variety of fresh fruits, and we think that would have been even better!

Excellent food and service. We sat outside and the atmosphere is delightful. The food was excellent and not heavy at all. The drinks were fantastic as well.
The food was outstanding, and the service was impeccable. The menu might be difficult to navigate without a good waiter or waitress.
