The food here is fantastic—high quality, reasonably priced, and the customer service is excellent. We ordered fajitas and chicken enchiladas, and both were superb. We will definitely return. The chips and salsa were the best we've had at a Mexican restaurant so far; perfectly balanced, not too spicy or acidic. The portion sizes are generous, and you can easily share if you're not super hungry.
I'm new to the area and had been meaning to stop by and try. Well I am so happy I did!! Their food is legit! Being latino I have a high standard but this place reminded me of when I was in Mexico! The service was outstanding and the quality of the food was exceptional. Their habanero sauce is addictive! Highly recommend who wants an authentic Mexican experience.
Simply FANTASTIC ! Still new enough that it isn’t well known however it’s the best Mexican food in town period. Took a chance because we were looking to try something different new and we happy we did. Staff was extremely helpful and attentive. The food was incredible and very reasonably priced. Will definitely go back.

This restaurant offers truly authentic Mexican food, and the front-of-house staff are incredibly friendly. I would choose Guacamole Mexican Bistro over nearly every other Mexican restaurant in the area; nothing else compares!
It was an excellent food and good customer service. Nice and respected team and owner. Kids and all in my family gave 5 and they asked to go back again soon. I recommend it to give a try and share your experience.
