la pierre salée is an honest local restaurant. I didn't have it in a past, and to be honest with ordering with the pierrette from a French menu, I expected a mixed fischeintopf that turned out to be a DIY-small stone. with fish and garnel, served with very beautiful homemade sauces. was fun to do and delicious to eat, me much longer than my table ladies. as seen with many other French restaurants: making pizza margeritas with emmental cheese instead of mozzarella is a failure. the service of young staff was friendly and helpful, the older staff was quite busy. between three and four stars, but this is not what they can choose.
Not really impresssed by overall (perceived) quality of restaurants in Guerande we finally decided for La Pierre Salee. Warmly welcome by the waitress, pretty nice, we opted for a couple of main courses as follows: magret de canard mixed meat a la...plaque that 's different kinds of meat you may cook directly at your table on a hot plate and served with 3 different sauces selection of cheeses and a dessert Total fee €73 with a bottle of Chateau Charron Bordeaux. Overall good experience, not a top restaurant but honestly going....service was relaxed, absolutely not fast but when you 're on holiday you don 't care about it!!
guerande is filled with creamperies! so we were thrilled to pass over la pierre salee, which is as pleasant as the entrance of the road beats. the only waitress welcomes us warmly and is very efficient, despite much work later. the menu offers. a good choice that we had to decide, but finally for the pier wheel cook on hot stones on the table super fresh seafood, gorgeous meat and unusual, portions of vegetables. a very pleasant discovery and one that we would recommend.
dare the detour by guerrilla, fortified city. park around the ramparts or near the cinema complex and go stroll around the ramparts at any time in the narrow streets. Souvenir shops, regional products, small stone houses...degustrate an ice or a waffle. the place is often taken by troubadours, clown, street shows.

this restaurant is a little from the rest, it needs some attention to find it! but the terrace is worth the search! service is ok, could be a bit faster. eating is good, but not regular. the muddles were very good when the steak was like that. fries are like that. but desserts are very good.
superb and atypical city. to visit emergency if you are passing through. the intra muros market of the rempart is excellent. only flats the paid parking lot.
We loved guerande and so salinas. the people themselves are beautiful and have a lot of life. a walk and enter the famous door is worth a lot.
Out of season, not too many people. advantage all parking spaces are not paid. (until June.) the visit is made to...More

what to say from guerrilla? we feel like we're going back to the past: the middle-age is so great to visit this city.
Enjoy delicious muscheln in this restaurant. really nice inside and great place to have a stop!
