My wife and I ordered some food to be delivered tonight from this takeaway at pm and were told it would be with us between and but the food never arrived so we called to see where it was and we were told there wasn’t a driver available and they would re make the food and send a driver within minutes However after this deadline passed we called AGAIN only to be told there were still no drivers available WAITING FOR AND A HALF HOURS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE We have never eaten in this place and after tonight’s DEBACLE there is NO CHANCE WE EVER WILL You have lost our custom and I will be telling everyone I know not to bother ordering any food from here I Would like to give a ZERO star rating Wh...
Very poor service had gone in early with a group of people, had our starters. Then waited for over an hour for our main meals, Whennasked to see the owner/manager she avoided us and only came to our table over an hour later...when we got our meals. The restaurant wasn’t even busy when we arrived. There was only other table with a couple who had almost finished their meal. Ordered chicken Karahi the chicken was pre boiled and nothing like a Karahi should be. So on top of abysmal service the food was of a very poor standard. There are better places to eat Indian food in Huddersfield.
Went there with boyfriend's family. Not great when it comes to spicy food so selected out of all the options that had no chilli symbol next to it on the menu meaning mild. What I'd chosen I'd had numerous times at an array of restaurants and should have been mild. This dish however came out very spicy. I'd have classed it as medium for sure. I went home to chucking my guts up night long. Maybe reaccess your heat indicators. Maybe mild for you guys but to the average western guy where you've based your restaurant it sure ain't!
