Waited 30 minutes for the beer I had to order twice because she forgot, and still had to order and wait for waters after that! Ordered fondue, waited another 30 minutes for her to return to take our food order the fondue never arrived. Only two out of four had their beers by this time. The other beverages finally arrived, still no fondue, and she left before the first two could order refills. Then three of our four dinners arrived, followed by the fondue. Our server “forgot” to order our fourth dinner, instead she lied that it was coming right out. After the other three were completely done eating, the fourth dinner arrived. Beverages were never refilled. Nobody asked how our meal was. Nobod...
Thankfully we had a reservation. Gustav was very busy, there was a line to come. We've eaten there before it closes July 11th. It seems like many others have the same idea. Our food was delicious and our server was great even though it was very busy. What to know before you go: make reservations. The menu online is not up to date. Because it is closed, Gustav's menu is limited. But we found options we wanted and all were delicious. Applestrudel is the offered dessert. Order fondue! If the menu had not been limited, our rating would have been 5. We'll miss Gustavs!
After booking the main room we sat at a small bar table next to the service door. Had very slow response from our waitress who took our drinks and appetizer order. Then wait until the appetizer was delivered and eat until the drinks arrive. And when the main meal arrived, it was hardly warm.
We came for the last time to enjoy Gustavs. The meal was not until the last standard of Chicken Schnitzel. Dry and boiled. The other 2 tastes missing on the plate. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
It was great and our server Berkley was amazing friendly knowledgeable and exceptional server. Deserves bonus or recognition from Gustav’s or management thank you

The Jaeger Schnitzel was good but the plating was a little lacking. I was disappointed that they didn't have lamb shanks.

The food wasn’t ideal the fondue was cold and my salad was messed up but they were very nice took it off
