I had the absolute worst experience at this restaurant! Every time I visit, there’s always something wrong or the food just isn’t good. I also tried ordering through Uber Eats on two separate occasions, and both times they messed up my order. Most recently, I ordered pork chops with tostones, but instead received rice and beans. When I called to let them know about the mistake, the staff member told me that my order was incorrect because I paid $10.99, while the pork chops with tostones are priced at $17. I explained that I ordered through Uber Eats, and if there was a pricing issue, that should be between them and Uber, not me. She then insisted that she couldn't send the tostones, even tho...
The customer service is A , simply phenomenal!!The food tastes great, okay they gave us samples of 'carnitas frita, pizza empanada and Dominican cherry juice, aka Cereza '.. lemme just say I 've only tasted food like this in Dom Rep. Everything is fresh and tasty. Presentation is great! Ambiance is very good and welcoming. I spoke to a manager today and his main thing is customer service and great food. I tried it last week Friday and have come back twice since then. Today I placed an order for a presentation for work and it was ALL very fresh and reasonably priced. I highly recommend and WILL be returning!!
I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The food lacked flavor, and they didn't have several items listed on the menu. My son was hungry, so he settled for the rice, beans, and rotisserie chicken, but it was quite bland. He ended up adding a lot of ketchup because it didn't have much taste. Unfortunately, my mother-in-law couldn't find anything she wanted to eat, as many advertised menu items were unavailable. Being Dominican myself, I was also disappointed that the restaurant didn't capture the essence of Dominican culture. On a positive note, the waitress was very friendly.
This is the second time I've encountered problems while ordering from this restaurant. On both occasions, I received multiple incorrect orders. The last time I called, they blamed DoorDash for not having the updated menu and prices, and they sent me whatever they felt like instead, leaving out one item because of outdated pricing. I ordered three dishes, but two of them were not what I requested. Overall, my experience ordering from them through DoorDash has been quite disappointing.

I had a similar experience to some of the other customers. Two out of the three dishes I ordered were substituted without any consultation. This is the second time this has happened to me. I've had better experiences when ordering directly at the restaurant, but their prices continue to rise while the portion sizes and seasoning seem to be diminishing. It's a shame, as I don't know of any other Dominican restaurants in the area.
I ordered the grilled salmon with tostones and made sure to specify no sauces and low salt. Unfortunately, the salmon arrived drenched in a greasy sauce and was quite dry. The tostones were also soft and unappetizing. I couldn't even finish the salmon. I was extremely disappointed with the food.
Great food and service, they have the best roast chicken in the area, rice and beans are a must to try specially if you are Dominican. They Always play nice latin music. Nice and clean place, would recommend.
This place is sooo good! Upon my first visit, the service was amazing, it was clean the food was even better! They also gave me complimentary samples of fresh juices! I’d recommend it.
