This place used to be special. The old owners would welcome you with a smile and handshake and make you feel welcomed. The new owner is such an arrogant person.He is so rude. He charges people to get in like if it was a club. It's a restaurant/bar!!!! We were just trying to eat dinner. We would understand if there was something going onbut just a regular Saturday night ? This place was the best spot on Clinton. So sad to see it go to waste.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. My family and I witnessed a security guard nearly injure a customer; we saw him throw the person to the ground. We called the police, but they laughed at us because we are Latino. It seems like the police are connected to the bar's security, showing no regard for people's safety. The bar permits this behavior and profits off the customers who visit, completely disregarding their well-being.
The experience was very disappointing. I went with a friend and we ordered 12 beers, but they charged us for only 20. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened, and it’s not just to me. The worst part is that when someone tries to raise a complaint, they react angrily, and I was even treated poorly by the staff.
We ordered on Uber eats the Picada was just a bunch of yuca and the Mexican nachos were soggy. They didn’t put lime on the side for the picada or hot sauce. When my wife arrived there the women behind the counter acted as if she didn’t just walk in over all I would never order from here again!!! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I would rate this restaurant with just 1 star, as I can't go any lower. I recently ordered a delivery of sliced chicken, and honestly, it was the worst chicken I have ever tasted. To make matters worse, the chicken had a strange yellow and purple color. It was horrible.
This place is ok but there is one person the take care of every customers and that’s not ok for someone to be doing all the job by them self .. they should hire more people and food was late.. it thou and hour and half for the food to get to the table …..
Very bad restaurant. Istay away from this place , the are racist and no customer service skill.
