Before I start I would like to say that the manager is EXTREMELY RUDE AND IGNORANT!! I visited Gyoza Gyoza with family members and was appalled by the service. We were at first looking at shops when one of us went to reserve a table...for only a few minutes whilst we called the others over but we were instantly told “no, I can’t hold the table because we are full!” in a very rude tone. The food was very yummy and the thing about this restraunt is that they provide many small dishes. This is allows everyone to eat from every plate and try a large variety of different japenese cuisine. There is also a sense of community when sharing...food with everyone on the table that simply individually eating large meals which is cool and all but can get a bit boring. The only complaint I have about this restraunt is that there is a consistent knocking sound on the door due to some bad architectural design. Which does destroy a bit of the atmosphere but I cannot complain about the food none the less!
It gets up my nose when I ask for something specifically and don’t get it. I ordered eggs sunny side up on toast that was well buttered. I have a particular joy when my eggs deep into the toast with that buttery taste enhancing the...overall experience. So when I get soggy bread that has been grilled and not toasted with no butter on it. I’m not happy. And when I ask for butter, four patties of cold butter get flung on the table. Not happy. Plenty of other places to spend my money on at Chadstone.
My partner and I find ourselves regularly at Gyoza’s door when we decide to do lunch, dinner ect. The food is always amazing and for the price you really can’t do any wrong. The staff are ok with some real stand out members that make...the experience enjoyable. I never hesitate to recommend this place to family and friends as i know they won’t be disappointed. I’d recommend a specific dish but you gotta just try it all as it’s so yummy!!!

I have dined here many times and found the staff to be very attentive and deliver great service. The value of the meals are superb and more than enough for one and ample for people to experience many of the wide range of dishes...where you can sample more than once. And do not miss out on the desserts .....wow
This would have had to be one of the better value meals I have had in a long time. The food was quite good, good choice many gyoza options, vegetarian options and more. It is certainly not fine dining, but the friendly staff added...to the evening. It was ideal for a working dinner with some work colleagues.
We enjoyed our visit but our quality of food was a mixed bag. I enjoyed the cold poached chicken salad and dumplings but the pork belly dish was awful. The sizzling steak was a bit tough but the rice dish was nice and chicken popcorn....So a bit varied depending on what you ordered. Cheap and cheerful.
We visited recently and ordered lots of yummy tapas. Super affordable to purchase a few options each, and share amongst the group. Yummy non-alcoholic drinks and affordable beers too! Highly recommend for a bite to eat before, during or after a night of shopping!

It was quick decision to go there. The staff was very friendly and kind,helpful. The food was good. For me,I know what the taste is decent Japanese as Japanese. Some of food was yum but some of was ok but not too bad..I think taste...is just average.
Really enjoyed the food! Every dish was up to standard, however the portions were quite small for the price.
