Usually your food is good and I look forward to eating it. However, today's experience was an exception. You missed half of my order and I even repeated it to you at the counter. For the inconvenience of having to drive back to pay for and pick up whatyou missed, I was compensated with cold dinner. Thanks. I won't be dining with you again.
Two stars only because it's good, but this is what I like to call a gyro taco. For $20 there's so many better options for gyros bigger than this that are just as good. Assuming that's why Illinois Times' Best Gyro of Springfield hasn't been a thing heresince 2016.
Oh. My. Gosh. Absolutely the BEST chicken gyro I have EVER had, and the fresh French fries were a tasty delight with perfectly crispy exteriors and fluffy interiors. This WILL be a necessary place to stop next time we are in the area!
