1pm we got there. There were 10 people lining up before us. Looks like they were waiting for the tables. Like normal we just stood behind the line.1.45pm 10 people came before us and 10 people came after us all were called and got their tables. We just thought we were like the only idiots. No one said any word to us. We guessed we might need a reservation? So we made a 2pm reservation right at 1.45.2.40pm after another 10 people came after us entered this restaurant. We argued with the reception guy. He told us we are the last table on the reservation list. No one told us we need a reservation to line up here, no one even talked to us. We were in the middle of the line first 1 hour, then fro...
Second visit there and the first was ok but it was dead, place was about half full for our second visit. Worst hostess I 've ever come across. Stood there waiting and wasn 't even acknowledged or like a hey be right with you but had time to check their personal phone and take phone calls at the desk there. Finally acknowledged after standing there for 15 minutes. Was told it would be another 15 minutes. In that time 4 other groups of people were sat before us that came in after us, some had reservations I 'm sure but not all. The 15 minutes came and we observed not a single table in our line of sight had been served or checked on/waited on. So go there if you love to be ignored and never sat...
We went on a busy holiday evening and paid 40$ each for a 3 person meal (120 total). The food was very delicious but the staff was so overworked they would not even stop to listen when we asked for something.We waited 3 hours for all of our drinks and food to arrive after asking about it multiple times. When we asked for a missing drink they told us I don 't have time to make it right now, I 'll bring it later .I understand that it was busy, but the fact that they completely forgot half of our order, brushed us off and weren 't happy to help really made the pricy meal not worth the wait and money. I would recommend going to different locations or when they 're not busy.
We went to twice in a month. Really love the BBQ.if you want to try everything, there are some combo to choose. I like the fires calamari. their signature top two beef meet are yummy. the shrimps with butter are so good, sometime, it is a little salty. The spicy soup is good. so disappointed. went here hoping for an awesome dinner, got seated right away. there was maybe 4 tables occupied, yet we never got served. after initially being seated, no one approached our table, no one so much as looked in our direction. after sitting there for 20 minutes we walked out and had to get fast food in order to make our event.
This is by far the best barbecue restaurant. I really appreciate the variety of meat cuts available to choose from. The service is always quick and efficient. My top picks were the sirloin, prime kalbi, and basil shrimp. I would highly recommend this restaurant to any meat lover. 10/10 rating.
What a delight this restaurant is! We were visiting from out of town, but the staff made it feel like we were regulars. The manager was wonderful with our kids and ensured that this spot will be a must go for us for every future trip!

The BBQ at this restaurant is delicious and the service is excellent. Additionally, the ventilation system they have in place helps reduce smoke while cooking.
