Came here for dinner on a Thursday. Luckily we got here for happy hour. Which is not indicated on the menu but ends at closing time. The prices in red on the menu. The combo is nice for new customers. If you just want meat and a filling side Get meat and rice or cabbage salad a good balance. Skip the edemame and dumplings here. Don't get the NY strip cut of beef! It was so tough at this location I felt cheated. Use the app to get points!! The staff were helpful especially server Erika. No walk in before a certain time so check and call! Ask to get your grill changed after a couple of plates of meat the marinade chars and leaves a bitter taste eventually. Delicious food so fresh and delicious!!! Impressive menu (tonnes of vegetarian options and different drinks). The service was also great. We had to wait 30 minutes for a table with barbecue. So keep up if you want a barbecue or you can just show up.
The food here is to die for. Unfortunately the reason why it's only 4 stars is because the water I ordered is from tap water. I can feel the aftertaste of it. But the food is very delicious. It's a Korean BBQ where you cook it yourself

Our favorite Gyu-Kaku locations in Southern California. We've been visiting this site since 2007, and it remains the best location for this franchise by a long shot.
My partner's first time to eat here and he enjoyed it! Serving the meat exactly right and the meat is small, but they will fill your stomach. We love it here.
Went for date night with the husband...it is one of our favorite places to go for dinner. Love the Miso Soup and Salad starter...and the amazing cocktails
