The fact that they take reservations at 9:15 when last call for the kitchen is 9:30 is terrible. We checked in just before 9 and the hostess notices our reservation time. She asked if anyone called us beforehand to inform us that last call for the kitchen was 9:30. I replied that we were not given a courtesy call honestly, that would have helped us change our plans immediately had this been the case. Now, understanding that it was Christmas Day, we proceeded with the reservation with the hostess apologizing but letting us know they talked to the manager to inform them of the situation. The meal was a bit chaotic. First, they brought out the noodles, then the salad, followed by the kimchi and edamame. I had to ask for sauce five times, and the meat was already cooked by the time it arrived without any sauce. To make matters worse, the waiter left my child's juice box on the floor. I understand it's a boxed drink and doesn't get contaminated easily, but it still should have been picked up from the floor, especially with a child involved. At the very least, it should have been wiped down with a cloth. I don't feed my kids things that have been on the floor. Don’t get me wrong, the waitstaff were polite, but the whole restaurant just felt disorganized today.
Went for my moms birthday, we were taken to a private -ish room. We were a party of 6 and ordered the largest meat feast that was available (the name escapes me) and it was the perfect amount of food. Service was fine but could have been better, feels like we were forgotten about on occasion. Had to remind our server for things 2/3 times. The night was very busy (Sat @8ish) but our server was very kind and helped us with any questions. Food was great.
Our server was so helpful. She made sure we knew how to cook everything and was always there just when our glasses hit half-full. Loved the food just wish customer service was better in regards to seating. Reservations were at 545, arrived 533 and would not be seated until the last person in the group arrived.
The food was delicious, and the experience was enjoyable. However, it felt a bit pricey compared to other similar restaurants.
My server was fantastic, and the food was delicious. I’m planning to go back tomorrow—that’s how much I enjoyed it!
