The meats here we very bland and not very tasty. I wanted to enjoy the side dishes, however a lot of them ended up being disappointing. The fried garlic rice was very salty and the toro pork was sliced very thick. This review is a bit harsh because of the quality I am used to back home, perhaps it is good for the meat in Hawaii? The service here was exceptional. I really enjoyed the quick service and they constantly made sure we had our waters filled and our grills changed. Even though the food was not the best, the service made it less disappointing.
Tonight, some friends and I had a really nice time at Gyu-Kaku. We had all you can eat dinner, and there was so much on the menu to choose from. It was a blast cooking the meats at the table and telling story. If you were wondering where to take your family and friends out for a unique place for great food and good times, you have just got to give Gyu-Kaku a try.
Even though the restaurant is in a touristy area, the food was surprisingly good. We ordered a total of six types of meat, which was more than enough for just the two of us. The meat wasn't overly salty, and the marinade was really flavorful—much better than typical Korean BBQ. However, I didn't enjoy the Coco Mojito cocktail; it was quite unpleasant.
Food is amazing and the servers were very attentive. We did the premium package and it was all worth it. The kids really enjoyed the beef tongue. The duck breast just melted in your mouth. There wasn't one item that we didn't savor. The matcha ice cream is to die for. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
We had the 45 Premium All You Can Eat. Most of the side dishes(i.e.edameme, cabbage) were just okay. The meat selection is fairly wide and tasty. However the service can be a little slow and inattentive
We had the last minute plan for coming here in the afternoon in a Saturday. It was not crowded, and the service was top notch! Especially Sharon, she is the best! The food was fresh and delicious
The kindest people ever, there was like a 1-minute waiting period, they offered a discount just for that… Almost want to move to Hawaii because of this hospitality!

The chicken karaage and umakara beef rice bowl were good portions and a great value for the money. Service was excellent.
