Underperformed expectations, not a fail but not an impressive experience here. I’d say if you’re looking for sushi and you can’t find anything else, go for it. There is a lack of direction when it comes to seating, if you happen to stumble into the restaurant’s normal entrance, expect to receive a less then enthusiastic response on where to go. It seems that this is not an isolated situation, it was an observable occurrence that most patrons were told that the seating is outside with the same less then enthusiastic response. This will definitely be our new go-to sushi bar, and we're heading there right now! We recently moved to the neighborhood, and now that we live just down the street, we couldn't be happier. They offer an incredible selection of sushi rolls and other Japanese dishes, catering to every palate. The menu is diverse enough for any sushi lover. The service is excellent; the staff checks in frequently without being intrusive at all. We can't wait to stop by for happy hour! We absolutely love this place!
This review reflects only our experience from today; we've ordered takeout from here before and had no issues. However, today's orders were disappointing. The rice was below average—dense and even felt dry. A good sushi restaurant offers fresh and well-seasoned fish, but an excellent one also has great rice. I hope this issue can be addressed soon, or we may need to find an alternative restaurant.
Service is good. Dine in available during pandemic. Parking can be difficult during dinner. I recommend visiting during happy hour for the yummy appetizers. Try the salmon collar, and ask for it not the be burnt. Sushi is what is to be expected. Nothing too fancy or bad. I am very satisfied with H2O Sushi. They offer a wide variety of options, fantastic happy hour deals, and fair prices. The service is quick, making for an overall excellent experience for a late-night sushi outing. (The late-night hours are a great perk!) I'm writing this review while I’m here, which speaks to how enjoyable it is.
The sushi is fresh and delicious. The servings are great size and the presentation is wonderful. My only issue is with the staff. Very unfriendly, cold, and as if they don't want you there. As a customer, you want to feel welcomed. Hopefully, they change their attitude soon or that will be the last time we dine there.

Always order on Uber eats and they never get my order wrong or miss utensils or sauces! Love appreciate that! Although today the crab meat in the Vegas roll was a little unfresh or dry but other than that delicious!
