I recently had the pleasure of dining at Habesha Restaurant it was truly a delightful experience. The restaurant had a warm and inviting ambiance, perfect for a cozy dinner. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of our dining experience was exceptional. The menu offered a wide variety of mouthwatering dishes, each prepared with great care and attention to detail. I particularly enjoyed the was bursting with amazing flavors and beautifully presented. The ingredients were fresh, and the portion sizes were generous. In addition to the phenomenal food, the service was top-notch. The staff was knowledgeable about the menu and offered helpful recommendations....
The food is amazing. I have been here several times and I will always recommend it as the best Habesha food in the city. The staff that works at the bar and serves (I forgot his name) is friendly. He is always there when I go. I am taking off a star because half the time I go there the food takes too long to come out. Waiting 1-2hrs for your food is not acceptable regardless if they are making it fresh. I’ll probably be back next week!! Service: Dine in
I ordered the Habeshas Tibs, what I got was very stale and dried out beef and to make up for not having enough beef chunks they threw in ground beef instead, they asked if I wanted spicy or not spicy so I said not spicy, they made it spicy. Why ask then? I have never had Tibs served this way. It was not edible. I was so disappointed in this meal. It's so hard to find a good Ethiopian resturant in Calgary. Service: Delivery
Ordered the Derek tips just now over ubereats. Food was inedible. The beef was so overcooked it was Jerky and so dry. Ended up just throwing it in the garbage. My husband and I love ethipian food and unfortunately this was quite a disappointment
