I am going to try my best to put how I feel about this restaurant into words. I grew up a block away from this place, and every Sunday after church I would go with my family. It's one of those spots where you could order the same thing each time and NEVER get tired. Located in a corner of a plaza across the street from Walgreens in Spring Valley, this spot is conveniently located in the center of the city. The Biztec Tapatio is great if you like a little spicy kick, the ceviche when you're craving something fresh, and the fish. I'm getting hungry just typing it out. Now the service... you can TELL that the family has poured so much of their love and effort into this restaurant. LOVE THIS PLA...
