I have been using my cell phone regularly since it opened and was happy with the value for money until a while ago. I always advertised the place to others and insisted with friends and family to get our Dürüm there and not at the other Dürüm shop in Zollikofen. Even after I moved from Z., I only went there every now and then when I visited someone. Still always there! The service is quick and mostly friendly and stress free. As a customer since the opening, I have been loyal and have been there regularly until I move away and can even tell which of the three is based on the quantities and arrangement of the ingredients people working there gave the Dürüm when someone else went to fetch him....

Trotz der neuen schlechten Bewertungen wollte ich dem Geschäft eine Chance geben und bestellte einen Raclette-Burger. Ich habe sofort eine Lebensmittelvergiftung davon bekommen. Das Burgerfleisch ist wahrscheinlich seit Monaten alt und der demotivierte Arbeiter kümmert sich offenbar nicht um Hygiene. Wenn Sie nur Kaffee und Kuchen anbieten können, dann konzentrieren Sie sich bitte darauf und bieten Sie keine Burger an (für 13 Franken!).

Pizza and kebabs are highly recommended. No long waiting times, the restaurant was very clean and the service was friendly.
