There aren't many authentic Halal Chinese options available, unless they're fusion dishes, so we've been ordering takeout from this place recently. The staff is fantastic, and the prices are reasonable. Parking can be a challenge in this area, so I recommend ordering for pickup. You can park right in front, quickly run in to grab your order, and head out. This spot really caters to takeout. We tried the special combination dinner, which includes either a spring roll or a can of soda for $10. We ordered shrimp with broccoli, Hunan beef with string beans, and Szechuan chicken with mixed vegetables. The classic shrimp with broccoli was delicious as always. Stopped going because I was no longer satisfied with the service or food. I always order a large amount of food and the portions were unfair. I ordered Chicken with Broccoli and Chicken Fried Rice and noticed that I received less meat and more vegetables. When I called the store to complain, the employee went on to say, “When you order Chicken with Broccoli, it’s always more Broccoli and less Chicken.” Other Chinese Restaurants do not go by this so there is no point of spending over 50$ for food here not made properly. Glad Fatima’s Halal Kitchen reopened not far from here where there is better food and better service.
Just found this place today. I was greeted as soon as I walked to the counter to place my order. Before I could even look at my food the guy was closing up the container while I was saying please put barbecue sauce on my fish. The guy hurried up closed andhanded me my bag, to my surprise it was a McDonald?s bbq Sauce lol then I get home and notice the container was flipped upsidedown which meant I got half of what I paid for instead of the food in the bigger part.
This is an excellent spot for a quick meal. They stop delivering after 10:15 PM, so make sure to order before then. The menu features a variety of options, including Chinese cuisine as well as American and Caribbean favorites. Typically, your food will arrive within 25 minutes by moped, which makes for faster delivery compared to bicycle delivery. As a vegan, I appreciate how they accommodate my dietary restrictions. I ordered chicken and broccoli with white rice, along with an order of chicken wings, for a total of $20.25, which is overpriced compared to competitors. The food was drenched in sauce and unappetizing, and the chicken wings were overcooked and nearly burnt, resembling something you'd expect from a pigeon. I do not recommend this place. Overall, I would rate the food 1 out of 5.
Very inexpensive place (not surprising). I usually avoid getting Chinese-American food from these kinds of places, but I learned that lesson the hard way after experiencing food poisoning in the past. You never know what they might be using or including in the dishes—could it be mystery meat? It's completely unappetizing.
The food was excellent, but the delivery service was terrible. I'm a 13-year-old who ordered food and paid the exact amount required. I was yelled at for not giving a tip, even though a $3 delivery fee was included. I understand that tipping is important, but it's unnecessary to shout at a child for it.
Halal Dynasty has the best halal chinese food ever! Their chicken broccoli combo with garlic sauce is a must have. Their staff is really helpful and genuine and their cook time is nice and fast. I have ordered Chicken Lo Mein, Chicken Dumplings, Broccoli Chicken, Chicken Noodles Soup. Food tastes average. They accept only CASH. They don’t have sitting area, only takeout.
