During our road trip, we decided to make a stop at this halfway restaurant for breakfast, and I must say, it was definitely worth it. We had breakfast at the Halfway House what a delight! Everything about this family restaurant was a pleasure. It was unpretentious, which was so nice and a change from many other restaurants lately. We felt welcomed by the staff, the food was delicious and filling and reasonably priced. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. I wish we lived closer to the Halfway House because then we'd make it a weekly stop. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Sloppy Joe special today...yes please! I had the white board special today. Served with French fries and coleslaw, this meal hit the spot. The Halfway House has a diverse menu of home cooked meals that would satisfy just about everybody's appetite! The desserts are tasty too. I had the carrot cake and it was moist and delicious! The Halfway House is must stop while visiting or just passing through Shoreham, VT!
Wonderful meals served by friendly, attentive staff. Both convenient counter stools and tables. Generous sized steak. Eggs perfectly cooked to order.
