always fresh, well-presented and impeccable cleanliness. I love their concept and their varied bread sandwiches are excellent. the bosses are discreet and always pleasant. I go there every time I go to the coulommiers. I only regret one thing: it's that they're closed on Saturday when we're on a trip to coulommiers.
