If you are looking for an authentic southern BBQ then look no further. Hambone's cooks their brisket perfectly, they use top quality beef cuts so they start off right with the best ingredients. The brisket is cooked/smoked for 12 hours and is absolutely delicious with a good bark on it. Don't look any further if you want the best brisket around. Their pulled pork is amazing as well. No matter what you order from the menu, everything is delicious and has a home-cooked, fast-food vibe. The meat is always tender and perfectly seasonal, while the fish tastes fresh and is fried just right—not overly coated in flour but rather with corn flour! The only critique I have is regarding the tacos; they used to be incredibly tasty, but lately, they've become smaller and greasier, which masks the flavor of the meat. If you have a sweet tooth, do yourself a favor and try the delightful desserts they offer. My personal favorites are the banana pudding and the mini strawberry cheesecake cups.

8/8/2022 @6:00 p.m. DoorDash p/u order. I ordered two #51; that's a 3 meat dinner. My order was Brisket, Tri Tip and Rips. Brisket was all fat, Tri Tip was on point and my one rip was great! My two sides were Collard greens and baked beans. Mygreens were good until I came across a think stem. The food was cool. I just wish I could've enjoyed that brisket man!
Food is great. You are not allowed to dine in, but takeout. Call ahead. It's a 45min wait. Other than that fantastic food. I got sweet tea was good. BBQ sauce has a good kick to it. We ate right outside in the back there was public seating available, butnot a lot of it.

This food is delicious! We got the 3 meat special and the bowl. Definitely recommend both. we dined in with no wait time. Food came to our table quick! Will go back for sure.
