I met a few friends for lunch today whom I hadn't seen in ages. As soon as we walked through the door, we were warmly greeted by the staff. They gave us plenty of time to look over the menu. I ordered the brisket with colby chips and gravy, and it was delicious— the brisket just melted in my mouth, and the chips were fantastic. We ended up sitting there for almost three hours. It was a wonderful experience in a beautiful setting.
I had a wonderful hike to Thorpe that made for a lovely lunch. I tried the parmo plate, which was fantastic, along with some delicious chunky chips. The other meals that came out also looked beautiful and were served in generous portions. The staff were lovely and very attentive. A huge bonus is that dogs are welcome, making it an ideal spot for a walk with your furry friend. I would definitely recommend this place!
What can I say about Hamilton Russell? As always, the meals were outstanding. The table was a bit sticky, but I understand that the cleaning with anti-COVID spray can lead to some buildup. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

delicious food with a beautiful sitting area in the free. many parking spaces. a beautiful place to eat and enjoy cold drinks while out in the sun. they also have a menu for dogs.

"Ordered good at 5pm. Told an hour for delivery. Checked why it hadn't arrived at 6.45 to be told our order hadn't gone through till. It would be cooked and sent straight out. It's now 7.40 and still no food."
