great food and attentive service. shrimp cocktail garnels were beautiful and solid, not muddy. excellent seafood bisque. steak and prime rib very good. haussalat was too salty to eat. dressing can have been salted. nice table visit by general manager. we would have preferred our server to replace silverware for the first cure instead of asking us to keep it.
excellent service. my man and I both loved our steak selections (middle cut filet and bone-in ribeye.) the suppe of the day, meerese bisque, was also remarkable. beautiful ambiente, and I was surprised that the restaurant no longer seemed overcrowded (we dropped a bit early at 17:30 clock).
ate with a party of 9 before the Illini game. the service and eating were great. the mushroom side was my favorite part.
best restaurant and experience in champaign! eating and service is always exceptional and I highly recommend it.
