My friend and I really enjoyed our stay. However, after we checked out and left, we went to go eat and we were going to head home, but my friend realized she forgot her AirPods. So she calls the hotel and lets them know she left them because we tracked the location and they were still at the hotel. Mind you, it was showing us they were BEING USED. We go back and speak to PAM and she says that they never found them and said that we had to leave our address and they would send the AidPods to us if they find them. We told her we would like to have them today. We told her that we don’t even live around here so she lets us go check the floor we stayed on and we meet two housekeepers. They helped...
AK is extremely professional he is the general manager he goes out of his way definitely goes out of his way to help guest. If there’s anything that I mishap he’ll take care of it. I was impressed by that I was impressed with how loyal he is to his uncle, who owns the place, he tries to turn everything around and I do have to say that I see huge things for AK he definitely kept an open line of communication, and he handled the situation that was most unfortunate, and but it went out of his way to fix everything completely a terrific person. I would stay here again.
Sherry (spelling) was so very nice late at night switching our room to a first floor. Only downside was couldn't log on to wifi because it kept saying wrong room. We were exhausted so it really didn't matter. Bed needs to be padded or replaced and the pictures I snapped as we were leaving. Spacious room and modified bathroom. I wished I had gotten the morning check out ladies name as she adjusted our rate lower for the different type of room. Breakfast and coffee was just what we needed before driving the rest of our 500 miles.
I had a phenomenal experience and the stay was quite pleasant. I was helped by Whitney and Angie and the service was amazing. They took care of my needs and made the stay worthwhile. This was hands down one of the best hotel stays I have ever had. The staff made me feel more than welcomed and the amenities were amazing. I absolutely loved my stay here. I can not emphasize enough how nice the hotel staff was!
Had to get the keys replaced like 5 times. The front desk said it’s bc they got too close to a cell phone. Idk if that’s a common issue everywhere or not..it’s never happened to me tho. Everything else was great!
There was a lot of humidity in the building and our room. The room was clean the check in was seamless. The fire alarm coming on at 630 was NOT cool. What a wake up call. Apparently someone was burning toast.
The whole hotel stinks! Rooms are dirty, outdated, ac doesn't work good, musty smell. I would never stay here again. Management lies in a their responses on here too. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Nice property, clean, service was exceptional, especially Whitney at the front desk!! The mandarin orange in the fruit selection was inspired.
