The good:As the weather gets colder, my hankering for ice cream doesn't wither away like the spring leaves but instead just changes like fall foliage. I enjoyed how this place offered seasonal flavors. Instead of watermelon sorbet I'll start craving pumpkin spiced treats and festive fall flavors. tried a four scoop sampler for under $8. I tried coconut cream pie, pumpkin pie, mud pie and cinnamon graham cracker ice cream. For some reason, they were all basically pie flavored. I've been to this Handel's location in Long Beach a few times, and it's always been a great experience. The ice cream is delicious, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Need better service. Poor attitude and not attentive. Windows stayed closed during open hours so it’s confusing. Very slow service and totally ignored a girl so I had to help her get the workers attention. Probably best to hire new workers or give those ladies a warning.
simply the best ice cream! the 4 scoop sampler is my favorite and the price is just right. Any flavor you get will be delicious. there is something about this ice cream it's just so milky and delicious!
