A great addition to South Hadley! The food is on par with the original Amherst location. The boneless wings are my absolute favorite. Honey Mustard, Mango Habanero, and Garlic Parmesan are bomb flavors. The bone-in wings are good sized and I have no complaints. I also like that the blue cheese is made in house. I did take out but I did see pool tables and arcades inside so seemed like a cool place to hang out. The place wasn't too busy and seemed new and clean. I willdefinitely be back to this specific location in the future since it's closer to me than the Amherst location.
The food at this restaurant is delicious, especially when dining in. However, I have food allergies so I need to be careful when ordering. Despite specifying my allergies online and confirming them over the phone, my takeout orders have still been incorrect. This is concerning as there may be someone else with similar issues who could end up in the emergency room due to a mistake.
Usually pretty good, so they get a 3 star although this lunch trip deserves a 1 star rating. Wings were not fresh, if I had to guess they were cooked once and fried a second time to reheat them. The fries were anything but hot and crisp. That being said we frequently grab take out and are usually pretty satisfied.

They messed up my whole order. I asked for no egg, no onion, and wing sauce flavor cruisin altitude. I received onions, egg, and the sauce sweet chili.
Large portions, no matter what you order. Boneless wings are extra saucy and chicken tender sized instead of smaller pieces that you'll get elsewhere.
The restaurant offers large portions that are perfect for sharing with friends. It also stays open later than other restaurants in the area.
