I have been disappointed with my recent visits to Han's Cafe. On my last two take-away orders, I discovered hair in my food, which makes me question their hygiene standards. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the fact that this has occurred multiple times has left me worried. I won’t be returning, as consistency in food safety is essential, and unfortunately, it seems to be lacking here.
Speed: okay, Uber eats ordered at 4.20pm, arrived at 5.05pm. (We are roughly 10 mins away)Packing: Neat, secure.Food: AverageUtensils: requested, but none with delivery.Really find the utensils missing annoying. We could really not have any chopsticks or fork with us, and how would you like us to eat the fried rice and fried noodles?Pls read the orders more careful in future.
Seats in the booths are very low and damaged. I asked 3 times for a glass to go with my beer, it never arrived. Our drinks came 10 minutes apart. No plates accompanied the main course, we had to ask for them. There was problems in try to pay half the bill each. I won't be going back. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
Never again, I had the beef curry and was sitting on the toilet 5 minutes after eating only quarter of it. The noise in there was terrible with staff dragging chairs, never will eat there again. Have ordered from here about 3 times from uber, The food quality looks like the ingredients have been sitting around for a few days. On 2 occasions I felt mildly sick after eating and discarded the food so just be aware of that.
the food was tasty and served generously, but an unpleasant smell of water accompanied the meal and refused to disappear even when a side door was opened. the service, although sweet, was somewhat unprofessional.
basilikum bark melt really bad, bark meat was hard. the fish golden was drowned in liquid and very hard. disgusting and in the müll landed, $50!

Not Bad! The Laksa was very nice except for the squid , could of bounced it off the wall was that rubbery.
