I'll give this a 5 because I think it deserves at least a 4. They're out on the front lines delivering when not many Chinese places are. It got here within an hour, food is solid, cooked perfectly, huge portions, they even threw in a free 2 liter. General Tso (Dragon and Phoenix especially, among the best I've had. Sweet with just a hint of spice. I dislike that they make you sign the receipt even when paying online (are they disinfecting the pen regularly? , but that is my only complaint. Hope to visit the restaurant someday. It's a gem hidden in plain sight, try it out next time you get a craving.
I lived in nyc my whole life, and of course we have the best Chinese foods down there. Since moving upstate, this is the good Chinese food place upstate! I tried many places and nothing compares to this one. They make their food just how it would rest in the city. Love this place, only Chinese place I’ll recommend. I’m very picky, this the only place I’ll go.
A very good Chinese restaurant. It is the best I have bought Chinese food in more than ten years. It is really rare to be able to make Chinese food with this taste. The cooking is better than many Chinese restaurants in big cities. I would order again and recommend the food here. thank you haowei
Give me old food. They are rude. I had the police go there because she refused to give me a refund and clearly the food was old, had a bad oder in my shrimp. She claim to be the owner. The whole place is bad.

This is the only Chinese place in Troy we'll order from. The orange chicken is perfect! The customer service has always been fine, fast delivery, hot food and reasonable prices. We love Hao Wei!!
