I had lunch at this teriyaki restaurant today, and as a teriyaki enthusiast who has visited many such places, I must say this one stood out. The presentation was clean and the portion of chicken was generous compared to other places. The evenly cooked chicken had a delightful taste that exceeded my expectations. The overall experience, from the friendly staff to the attention to detail in both quality and flavor, was perfect. This restaurant's offerings rival those of establishments in the Bellevue tower. Definitely worth a visit!
stoped to support the local rsl no lunch no feed and they advertise 5 ks out of town lunch 7days a week .so we got back in the car parked at the back of the pub had a beautiful lunch the lunch was fantastic the beer was cold 100 percent recommend.
I spent two days in Merriwa and had lunch and drinks at this restaurant both days. I ordered the same dish each time, but it came out differently each day. However, I couldn't fault the food, service, or the people. Thank you, Alcashaz!
Wish I could give 0 stars. We got food to go, or I would have thrown it in their face. Teriyaki chicken was horrible! Obviously left-over, recooked meat, and burnt. Hard as a rock. The most disgusting teriyaki place I've ever been to.

The lunch at this restaurant was fantastic. We enjoyed a homemade hamburger with all the fixings and a chicken caesar wrap, both served with some of the most delicious chips we've ever had. I highly recommend stopping by for a meal.

This historic old country pub has a rich history and is an icon in the area. However, the owner should invest in restoring it to its former splendor.
