One area for improvement, aside from needing better air circulation indoors, is the packaging for take-out orders. Please consider switching to recyclable materials or cardboard containers instead of styrofoam. Not only is it harmful to the environment, but during my last visit, the potatoes were so hot that they melted the styrofoam, which means those chemicals ended up in my food. I'm not deducting any stars because I believe there’s always room for improvement, and I’m optimistic things will get better. I’ll update my review if they make changes. I’ll definitely encourage my coworkers to keep coming here. Looking forward to my next visit in a couple of weeks!
10/10 recommend coming here. I’m from a small town, and the service they provide you at this location is unmatched. So friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is very family oriented, I will be coming back here next time in LA again:
If you're getting tired of hotel breakfasts, this hidden gem behind the Crowne Plaza is the perfect spot! I had a wonderful experience and definitely plan to return on my next cruise!

Excellent food and service! Had the BBQ bacon cheese burger with onion rings and fries. It was so good! The milk shakes are amazing too! Definitely recommend!
