Happy Lemon is honestly a boba shop that I put in the same tier as stores like Quickly so I personally don't have super high expectations whenever I go to one. I haven't gone to other Happy Lemons recently, but I wish this one in particular would adopt the idea of having kiosks inside the store to make the ordering process much easier instead of having to order in front of a cashier. I know some people like ordering at a cashier and talking to people, but not everyone does. I just want to grab and go with my drinks sometimes. On the strip in an upstairs food court area. Here around 230pm on a Sunday and Happy Lemon is the busiest out of all the other businesses. I got in line but then ordered in the app and got out of line to wait. Use the app and get your rewards! Also check in on yelp! I got a free drink. Have visited this establishment numerous times and as much as I hate to give it a low rating. Reason because of the wait and time it took to get my order. Granted seems like they are understaffed but they should know that it's 1 the weekend and 2 the center often has a lot of foot traffic so they should be aware of how busy they weekend gets. First of all, I was unsure of what to order due to the prices and the variety of good drinks available. After some deliberation, I decided to try the Mango Lemon Slushy. As I was deciding, I noticed that it was listed as one of the most popular drinks, which surprised me. I was happy to order it and was not disappointed. The Mango Lemon Slushy was delicious and I would definitely recommend it. The service was excellent as well. I had a flashback to 6 months ago when Teusday, I walked in after school around the late afternoon. There was a girl working there, and I had the best experience with her. She was patient and willing to help me with my order. Would come back 100%. I went back a while ago and she was gone, but another employee told me she'll be back in a few months. Give that gurl a raise or I will burn this place down
I have visited other restaurants like this one before, but none of them compare to Happy Lemon. It is easily the second most popular tea restaurant in the area. Everyone loves it. Whenever we are near a restaurant, kids always want to stop by and order something. It is always a delightful and unexpected experience.
Quality has gone way down. Seems like the previous workers are all gone, so new workers are a bit unprofessional and rude. Simple drink orders take longer than usual because of the constant chatting. Would not recommend this happy lemon.
