I recently visited Savvy for the first time and had a great experience. The menu offers a wide range of options, including burgers and chicken sandwiches. The sliders come in a neatly arranged box, and you can add a third slider for an extra few dollars. I especially enjoyed the onion rings, which were excellent. While there is a bit of a wait—about 5 to 7 minutes for my order—it wasn't too bothersome. The wait is definitely worth it, as the food is incredibly fresh and flavorful. I would strongly recommend against ordering from this restaurant. I placed my order at 9:39 PM, and when I called them at 10:59 PM, they informed me that they were backed up and that the driver was out. By 11:30 PM, I still hadn't received my order, so I called again. This time, they told me that my ticket had somehow been misplaced, and my food was never made, meaning I had waited two hours for nothing. To make matters worse, they didn't offer any kind of refund or compensation for the inconvenience. They just said they would prepare my order and send it out. Overall, it was an extremely frustrating experience that wasn't worth the wait.
I ordered a medium pizza with five toppings and extra cheese at 6 PM, and they estimated a delivery time of 90 minutes. However, the pizza didn't arrive until 6:35 PM. When we finally tried a slice, we realized that the cheese and dough were undercooked. We didn’t eat immediately and decided to warm it up after noticing the issue. The next day, I called to let them know about the problem, but they said there was nothing they could do since I was calling the following day. Seriously? I ended up waking up feeling unwell from their undercooked food. Definitely not happy with this experience. No thanks!
I ordered a number 10 and what I received was disappointing. It completely ruined my appetite, and the customer service was terrible. The staff even thought it was amusing to joke about my order, which was the last straw. I definitely can't recommend this restaurant to anyone. Well I have a tried this place,2/4 times. So after I ordered, didn't feel good. So just now I had a piece. Payed 27.00 and Some Change,well I asked for the spicy Pepperoni extra . Extra Sauce,.Got neither. This is the LAST TIME,I Will Ever Order Again.One piece of Itaian ,sausage,one pepperoni on each slice,lots of Gpepper and onions. DONE.
I have ordered food there about 3 or 4 times now and every person that I talk to that works there is very friendly and courteous and the food is pretty good I even chose to go there over chicken shack because of their friendliness.but I still love chicken Shack too
This is the worst pizza place I've ever ordered from. Every time I place an order, they fail to deliver all the items I've requested, yet still charge me for everything. When I do get my order delivered, it always takes between an hour and a half to two hours.
