Hard Rock Cafe - Tisch reservieren

The food was really good but the service not organized. Although the waiters and the manager were very polite, there was something wrong with the communication. Our order was delayed and they apologized for it offering a dessert on the house which never arrived. They were out of a kind of beer we were drinking (pils, frequently ordered) as well.

Ambiente toll Service gut Essen katastrophal. Pommes kalt Burger war ein Fertigpaddy und komplett trocken und dafür noch viel zu teuer. Leider kein Vergleich zu früher bzw zu.anderen Hardrock Standorten.

Lovely place with friendly staff, especially Tufan welcomed us to the restaurant and made our experience just better! Food was very good and the service was surprisingly fast. Definitely recommended!
