I booked this for my husbands birthday and to end our holiday. Service was rubbish, I told the waitress at the beginning of the meal it was my husbands birthday. The food came Out within 5 mins of ordering which I thought was a bit quick. The Plates were taken whilst we were still eating and no special birthday announcement was made. I mentioned this to the waitress and she said nobody told me it was a birthday. Overall very disappointed with the service and food I wonât be making any special effort to book again.
Although the restaurant itself is cool and there's lots of memorabilia to look at, the food was average at most and extremely over priced for what you get. I had the nachos to which you had to pay extra to add a tiny cup of Guac on the side, someone asked for the steak medium rare and it came out blue. The taste of everything wasnt great although the cocktails were nice. The staff were friendly enough but I wouldn't come back here based on value for money.
We had legendary burgers steak nachos that ranked as one of the best meals on our trip. We've been to Hard Rock Cafes all over the world and in addition to the fun atmosphere, the food is consistently high quality. The service staff were attentive, prompt and friendly. When in the mood for American comfort food, this is a great place to visit! The restaurant was very clean and included various efforts to social distance
The third time to a Hard Rock (Chicago and Boston before) and this was the best experience from the three! The service is excellent and the food! Our server Buddy was very helpful and friendly, he was very attentive and has not failed in any aspect. Best Hard Rock Experience so far!

Service and server were excellent. Food selection and price have dropped since last visit. Instead of pages of options to select from there was only Very disappointed with food options
Messi burger in the photo in the menu looked insanely huge and appetizing and it looked like a wendy’s burger when we got it
Service was so bad and the food was a cold mess they use to be good now it’s just so bad
Waiter was awesome, had a great experience. I would recommend this restaurant everyone
