It wasn't very busy on Friday when I went through the drive-thru and received old chicken tenders. I had to go inside to address the issue. The manager promptly provided hot, fresh chicken tenders and fries. I appreciated the apology and their willingness to resolve the problem. Overall, I was satisfied with the experience, especially given the circumstances we find ourselves in these days. Great job!
It literally does not make any sense for that chicken biscuit to be that dang good. As I told the lady at the window they are some of the most polite people in drive thru I always love coming there food always fresh and they are so polite. Y’all are freaking awesome my food was bomb I would legit slap my mama if I wasn’t scary ? Great customer service great food worth the wait for by fresh food.
It has been a while since I ate a Hardee's meal and this was better than I remember. The meal was tasty and hot. I will make this my meal stop on the way to Atlanta for chicken tenders and a bucket of honey mustard. The fries were nice and crispy.
The food here is consistently delicious. While it might take a little longer to receive your order, I think that can be attributed to a staffing shortage. I definitely prefer the meals at this restaurant over McDonald's or Burger King. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
We came here for breakfast this morning and the morning crew was on point! They were all very nice and friendly, and the food was on point and fresh hot. Any time we’re up here to visit we will be coming back!
I ordered the Hardee's Super Star burger, and it was the best burger I've had in quite a while. The staff at the drive-thru were friendly and professional. I will definitely be returning to this Hardee's!
Two people were inside at 9:20 pm but wouldn't serve anyone. Just stood around on the clock, not accepting any orders and hiding.
