The Hardee's in Cumberland, Kentucky has the most disappointing service I've ever experienced. Today, I found myself stuck in the drive-thru longer than I could have imagined. While I waited, several cars came and went behind me, leaving me wondering if they had forgotten about my order. I literally got pulled up ON A MOBILE ORDER that I made 15 or 20 minutes ago. Not only that one of my orders has been lost. I am so tired of the same pull up to the light pole garbage.
