this place is on the whole card with customer service. one day there will be a very pleasant person who travels through. (because the dining room is never open) then a day like today could be the person who works through it, seemingly careless about customers. I could see that he made the wrong drink, so I let him know that it should not be regular. he informed me three times, they ordered dr. pepper. I initially rated this restaurant 5 stars, but I had to change it to 1 star after my experience. My partner ordered the large ham and cheese sandwich and it was disappointing, with hardly any ham. It felt like more of a bun than an actual sandwich. I ordered the hand-ground ham sandwich and it was the worst thing I have ever eaten. The chicken sandwich and French fries were cooked in old and rancid oil, making it inedible. We were the only customers in the afternoon and now understand why. I do not recommend this Hardee's location on First Street. Despite Google indicating they were open for dine-in, the doors were locked. I made the mistake of ordering ahead of time at this restaurant. The staff refused my order and told me to come in to reorder. When I tried to clarify my order, I was told to drive around. Eventually, I found out my food was waiting at the window. When I asked how to make the process smoother next time, the staff member seemed annoyed and waved me off. I also did not receive my complete order, as I had ordered a combo but did not receive the fries. This was a surprisingly rude and poor customer service experience for a Hardee's restaurant.

I've been somewhat disappointed with Hardee's the last few visits. Not the same quality in how the burger is put together and the amount of lettuce etc put on the burger seems to have decreased. My last 3 visits, the fries have been lame.
