Sat in the drive thru for about 30mins after putting in my order. There was a bit of a line so I figured they were low on staff. I finally get to the window and had to to repeat my order to confirm, weird but fine. I pay, and they ask me to pull up and they’ll bring the food out to me. So that means for whatever reason, my food wasn’t cooking when I ordered. Ok well I’ll wait, I just paid after all. I sat there for about 15-20 more minutes and watch 4 cars behind me receive their food and leave without issue. Fed up, I parked and went inside where there STILL was no food. I had to hang them my receipt and wait for another 5-10 minutes before FINALLY GETTING MY FOOD. Zero excuses, this store...
Visited this location on Friday morning on the way to take my nephew to school and the ladies in the drive thru (Nya and Toni) were simply amazing. We were greeted with such a smile that you could hear through the speaker. When we arrived to the windows, Nya continued the the teams amazing service with a smile and ensuring complete satisfaction. We visited the location for lunch on the way home and my nephew, who's only 9, remembered the amazing service from the morning and remembered Toni's amazing service then and in that moment. We definitely appreciated this dynamic duos service. *And shout out to the kitchen team....the food was quick and hot both visits!!!!
Oftentimes you have a taste for a salty, crunchy, piece of processed country fried steak. When that time arises nothing will satisfy your hunger quicker than Hardee's. This morning's meal satisfied my need for a sodium rush. Krispy, krunchy salty hash browns, thick pale sausage gravy, soft fluffy eggs, a round biscuit a little too brown for my liking and that country fried meaty goodness. It was such a delight going down but alass now I need to go and drown the sodium with a gallon of water. Thank you Hardee's for giving me the opportunity to raise my blood pressure once again with your sodium goodness!
I use to goto this Hardee's a lot. The staff there at one point was awesome! This was by far my worse experience with this chain. I ordered the 2 for 4 special and when I attempted to eat my sausage egg biscuit, it was hard as a rock and burned! I returned the biscuit and they gave me another one, it was missing the egg! The next time I received another biscuit it was hard and burned again! The only thing that was good about this experience was that the young lady taking my order was very nice. Horrible experience with employees that clearly don’t wanted to be working by denying they didn’t had milkshakes available and neither military discount. I had to talk to the manger after I heard the milkshake turn on while I was eating. The manager used it to serve to a client. I approached her and asked if the machine worked now because when I ordered, it didn’t. She apologize for the employee but clearly, the (male) employee didn’t want to be there. Zero customer service skills.
and looking at the menu. the staff laugh on the back and have a good old time. After 5 minutes we just went out. after reading all other 1 star reviews I also love hardees, so nothing against the restaurant itself. the workers I did not meet this day should be replaced by people who want to work. take a lection of Chick-fil -a, that is the customer service best.
Last time I visited this restaurant, the food was terribly disappointing. I would prefer to just go to the store, buy frozen cookies, and make them myself, as that is probably the best option considering the subpar quality of the dishes they serve here.
After ordering and paying for my meal, I waited 13 minutes for my hamburger to be brought out to me. Unfortunately, they did not have the fries that I had ordered. I had to leave without waiting any longer. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I visited the restaurant for breakfast and Daniylah, our server, was incredibly polite and had a constant smile on her face. I ordered the biscuit and gravy combo and it was fantastic.
