This is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in the entire universe. This afternoon I walked by the store and was fascinated by their beautiful window display featuring the special collection of tea for the Lunar New Year of the dragon. It’s a tin of 30 sachets of tea bags. I walked into the store and took a quick glance of their store setups. I saw the Lunar New Year section of was in the back of the store and I walked towards it. That moment there were two other customers holding a tin of the tea. I picked up a tin from the lower shelf and asked the employee who was standing behind of the counter the price of it. I have been purchasing Harney Sons teas over a decade. I have finally been able to visit their store in SoHo. It's a nice spot to sit down, relax, and drink some tea. The best part is you can pick any tea available for a cup or a pot. I would prefer to have an option to pick the teas for the tasting all of the tasting teas are flavored. I would also prefer a BYOP (Bring Your Own Pastry) optional policy I had brought some from Lysée, not with the intention of eating them here, but they were kind enough to allow it after I asked.

This place is heaven for tea aficionados ! Those who love Harney Sons brand will be delighted by this spot. There are loose teas, bagged teas, even a counter where you can order drinks to stay. You can sample from a list of teas that will be made fresh for you ; first two are free and after that there is a $3 fee. Staff is patient and welcoming and the wonderful feeling you get from imbibing great tea is well worth the trip.

Yesterday, I paid a visit to Harney and Sons Fine Tea in SOHO. Maya helped me navigate the tea menu and explained each tasting to me. She also prepared my purchase with the utmost in professionalism. Never once did Maya make this new tea connoisseur feel inadequate in my knowledge. Ultimately, I brought home 5 new teas and a new tea mug to brew a perfect drink each time I choose to enjoy nature's gift. #teatime Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

These degenerates sell a tea called “Taste of British History.” This is whitewashing 101. If this tea doesn’t taste like genocide, it’s not the right flavor. Bengal Famine, Amritsar Massacre, concentration camps, $45 trillion in loot. That’s British history.

Amazing experience. Was my first time buying tea and the staff was so helpful and knowledgeable when I went in today. The girls behind the counter were fantastic: they knew everything about teas and had recommendations for the specific tastes I sought.

The staff were helpful and attentive! They were patient in answering my questions as best they could and made me feel heard. The scones are my favorite ever!!! If you enjoy tea, and a nice cozy atmosphere, this is a place you should consider.
