I’ve ordered from this restaurant many times, but I think I’m done. There’s always something going wrong, and my orders are never on time. I try to plan ahead during my lunch break, but it ends up being a frustrating mess for no apparent reason. It seems like none of the staff really cares about the service.
When I returned to work and dug into my chicken, I discovered that it wasn't fully cooked. I’m extremely frustrated and appalled by both the service and the quality of the food. Half of my chicken was raw inside. This place needs to be shut down. Please avoid Harold's Chicken #41 in Addison, IL.
Second time coming in 2 days in a row and the chicken keeps getting better. Ordered off of grubhub randomly at night and the chicken was far better then I expected. New favorite chicken spot!
I am done frequenting this place! Ask for mild sauce on my fries, only to get home and find out they gave me dry fries! No coleslaw, no bread and gave me moldy jalapeños! Never again. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
