I visited Harp yesterday with three friends, and it was an excellent experience. The atmosphere is reminiscent of an upscale Irish pub, adorned with Irish artifacts, including images from The Book of Kells. They have a full bar and offered everything we were looking for, with generous portion sizes. We sampled a variety of boxte dishes along with the fish and chips, all of which were absolutely delicious. I enjoyed a hot tea served in a lovely Wee Pot; it was Barry's Irish tea—strong and flavorful, with a touch of cream. The service was excellent, with a friendly staff. However, the food was somewhat lackluster. The artichoke dip appetizer was enjoyable, especially paired with the warm pita, though there could have been more dip to match the amount of pita provided. The fish and chips came in a generous portion, and the chicken boxty was also a decent size, but it was a bit greasy and lacked flavor. While the chicken inside was nice and crispy, there was very little of it, mostly consisting of sautéed onions, peppers, and mushrooms, which was somewhat disappointing.
We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The steak boxty was excellent, and I enjoyed the Reuben sandwich as well. One member of our party tried the macaroni and chicken and was pleased with it. The highlight of our meal was definitely the corned beef egg rolls—absolutely delicious! We look forward to returning in the future. The staff was courteous and attentive.
It was a girl's dinner at The Harp, and a return visit for all 3 of us. Our server, Megan, took good care of us and we loved our dinners and drinks before showtime. We'll be back again! My credit card was left at the table, and Megan ran out to my friend's car to return it. That kind gesture was so greatly appreciated!!

Really good fish and chips! Nice staff. Cozy and warm atmosphere. Get a table near the windows facing the lake. Nice to see the lights of the city while you are enjoying your meal. They pour a great Guinness and my wife enjoyed their Moscow Mule in the copper mug. Will be back for sure.
We went for Sunday brunch. Things moved a little slow, but well worth the wait. The server was super friendly and helpful and the food was delicious!!! Definitely worth trying if you haven't. They also have a big patio area if you like outside dining.
This is definitely a fantastic Irish pub, boasting one of the best patios in town. It's a go-to spot for me when I have out-of-town guests and want to take them somewhere fun with great food.
Great food and service! Lovely to sit on the patio is good weather. Went before the Flogging Molly concert for past 2 years. Nice little tradition now. We will be back!

The food is excellent, and the staff is fantastic. The beer cheese and pretzels are amazing! They also serve some of the best fish and chips in Cleveland!
10 10 First time here with my children. From apetizers to entree delicious and waitress was very nice as well will deffinettly come back soon!
