I popped in to get a coffee and a toastie on my lunch break. I paid and stood to wait whilst they took my toastie from the display and heated it up. I received my coffee in the meantime. After waiting for almost ten minutes, stood right next to the counter, with staff not saying a word to me, I asked when I could expect my food. They looked around at each other and shrugged, before I got an oh sorry, I sold the last one to someone just before you. which was demonstrably untrue as I had seen them take the last one when I asked for it. I recently visited a Harris Hooke coffee shop located inside a Tesco store for the first time, and I was extremely impressed. The shop was bright, clean, and well-maintained, with friendly staff and high-quality, well-presented food. It was a stark contrast to the typical Tesco branded cafe. The coffee was delicious, though it was served in a regular cup rather than a latte glass, which may have made it slightly more expensive, but it was worth it. I enjoyed a delicious Smoked Bacon roll that was generously packed with bacon, offering better value than the equivalent from Costa. The total price came to just over £6, making it pricier than Costa, but I felt satisfied paying it as the quality...
Do not go to this restaurant under any circumstances. The advertisement misleadingly states that they provide parking without any conditions, failing to mention that if you stay for more than 3 hours, they will charge you a fine. After spending approximately £12 on tea and food that can easily be found at Tesco or Harris and Hoole, I received a disgraceful letter demanding £70. They argue that there is a warning sign for visitors, but if you enter through the petrol station, you will not see it.
Having called in for a drink at 4pm whilst shopping only 6 people there but the floor and tables were filthy the girl cleared tables but didn’t clean or sweep floor. And some of the armchairs grey ones are absolutely filthy with stains Service was was underwhelming!! No smiles clearly didn’t want to be there! Need to find somewhere else for a coffee in future

We were hoping for a freshly cooked egg or bacon roll, but everything seems to be cooked up front, then when you order it, it gets reheated. The coffee was nice. Other reviews commented that the place was dirty, that wasn't our experience, but then it was only 9.30am and a Staff member was wiping tables
This café is perfect for coffee and the staff are superb. I visited one morning when they hosted a short book reading by local authors, which was fascinating. The atmosphere is good and the space is great.
I use this coffee shop regularly and can not fault it, the staff are amazing, very friendly and helpful, the coffee is great and the shop is always clean, I would def recommend
Incredible coffee and a cheese toastie to die for. Very clean and neat. Staff friendly and constantly on the go. Very nice atmosphere. Fairly priced.

enjoyed lunch, sandwich and coffee nice and relaxed two of us have been quite often and always nice i like the surroundings, food and drink and staff
We dropped in for a bite to eat at lunchtime. Service was slow and the food was ok but it was a bit pricey.
