Hartz Chicken Buffet

I dined alone on New Year's Day and had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. My foam plate was flimsy and broke, causing some food to spill onto the bar. I looked for an employee to help, but couldn't find one, so I waited until someone came back. Eventually, an employee cleaned up the mess, but another woman came and loudly accused me of being messy and nasty in front of everyone. I was too embarrassed to respond or apologize and ended up crying. The whole incident was extremely unpleasant. Later, when I thanked the woman for working on a holiday, she responded rudely, denying that she was there to work. As a disabled person with difficulty walking, I would have cleaned up the spil...

The food at this restaurant is excellent and the staff are friendly. We always enjoy making a pit stop here on our way to and from PCB.

I do not recommend eating at this restaurant on weekends, as the cooks, who are also the owners, may not be up to par.
