The waitress had no idea how to serve. She came up with our main coursewhilst two of us were still eating starters. She wanted to leave it on the table but we insisted she return it to the Kitchen until we were ready. Never had such bad service. We were seated to the left as you enter the restaurant, haven't day there before. The staff on the other side are excellent, can't speak have they enough!!
Very easy to book on line and the staff worked brilliant. A very special mention to our waitress Claire who made us feel special throughout our dining experience. She worked tirelessly and fully deserved this high recognition of acknowledgement. The food was second to none and everything was fresh and balanced with great presentation
Our table was ready when we arrived and there was a warm and friendly welcome. The restaurant was extremely busy and they had sold out of the chicken which was disappointing but suitable substitutes were offered. Our meals were all excellent and our waitress looked after us well. Will definitely return.
It’s a reasonable price menu and two of my children had steak and it was beautiful, my steak was over cooked , fatty and horrible. The lovely waitress got me some chicken so I could still eat with everyone else it was nice. I hate to complain but I had to. Everyone else had a lovely meal. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
We had a fantastic birthday dinner at the Harvester in Stanway, Colchester, Essex. Our waitress, Laura, truly deserves high praise for her dedication and enthusiasm. She worked hard to ensure our evening was a great success. Thank you, Bill.
We love going to the Harvester always a good atmosphere, the staff are friendly and the food is good . The only one complaint I have is a member of staff came to our table to serve us smelling of cigarettes which was a bit off putting
Lovely restaurant, great service , chicken was slightly cold when served however ribs were amazing. Sadly they had run out of non alcoholic cider and non alcoholic gin early in the evening. A lovely evening was had by all
